How does your protection plan work?

The protection plan coverage limits your expense in the event of damage. The plan covers the repair / replacement cost. You need only pay the deductible which is 10% of the retail value. For example, if your rented item cost $1500 to repair or replace, you are only responsible for $150.

Without this plan, you will be responsible for the full cost of repairing / replacing the damaged rental. Coverage is offered on a per-item basis and must be purchased with each item you want covered at the time of checkout, it can not be purchased after your rental has shipped.

This plan covers the following claims:

  • Accidental damage

This plan does NOT cover the following claims:

  • Water damage
  • Intentional damage
  • Lost equipment
  • Stolen equipment

We STRONGLY recommend that you have insurance in place that will cover you in the event that your rental is not covered by our protection plan
